What is prophetic ministry?

Prophetic ministry has a recognized place within the spiritual life of the Church and is exercised with discernment, discipline, self-control, and established order.

What role does the Choir have?

The Choir serves within worship through hymns, spiritual songs, praise, and thanksgiving, helping the congregation participate together in worship.

What are the different types of offerings?

Celestial Church of Christ recognizes several expressions of giving — including Offering, Tithe, Thanks Offering, Freewill Offering, Seed Offering, First Fruits, and Alms — and these are not all understood in exactly the same way.

What is the New Moon Service?

The New Moon Service is a special monthly service held at the beginning of each month. It is a time of prayer, worship, and committing the month into God's hands, with distinctive elements of Celestial worship that visitors may not encounter in a typical Sunday service.

What happens at a Naming Ceremony?

In Celestial Church of Christ, this is commonly known as a Naming Ceremony; it may also be called a Christening. It provides an opportunity for a family and the Church community to give thanks to God, welcome a child, and follow the established order of the Church.
