Prayer remains central to the spiritual life of the believer. Spiritual Work is approached alongside prayer and faith rather than as a replacement for a person's relationship with God.
Celestians seek the leading of the Spirit of the Lord in their spiritual lives. Spiritual Work is approached with reverence, faith, and dependence upon God.
Fasting and other forms of spiritual discipline may accompany a believer's spiritual life as they seek God with greater intentionality.
Life can bring circumstances that require prayer, guidance, patience, and spiritual support. Celestians may turn to God during times of difficulty and seek appropriate spiritual support within the life of the Church.
Spiritual matters should be approached with discernment and within the established order of the Church. Believers should seek appropriate guidance rather than acting impulsively or treating spiritual experiences casually.
Spiritual life does not end when worship ends. Prayer, holiness, gratitude, Christian conduct, service, and dependence upon God continue throughout daily life.
Spiritual Work belongs within a broader Christian life of faith, prayer, worship, holiness, thanksgiving, and service.
